1. About Badrikedar

Badrikedar is a platform where you can read destination guides and book tours run by independent operators. Badrikedar does not run the tours itself.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or over to create an account or make a booking. Give accurate details when you register or book, and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can erase your account and personal data yourself from the Your data page once you are signed in.

3. Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed when you submit it and see your booking number, except on tours marked Confirmed on request, where the booking stays pending until the operator confirms it and is released if they decline. No payment is taken online. The operator arranges payment with you separately, and a booking is marked as paid once payment is received. Prices are fixed when you book. 4. Cancellations and refunds

Each tour's cancellation and refund terms are shown on its tour page and apply to your booking. By booking you agree to them. A refund that is due is paid back within 10 to 20 working days of your cancellation being confirmed. See Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Tour information and reviews

We work to keep destination guides, prices and availability accurate, but they can change. Itineraries may be adjusted because of weather, road conditions or temple schedules.

You can review a tour once it is marked completed. Reviews must be your own honest experience and must not contain contact details, links or abuse. We may decline to publish a review that breaks these rules. Published reviews show your first name and the initial of your last name.

6. Travelling safely

Mountain travel carries risks, including high altitude, sudden weather and difficult terrain. You are responsible for judging whether a trip is suitable for your health and fitness, and for carrying the documents the trip requires.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to submit false bookings.

8. Our responsibility

Tours are provided by the operators. To the extent the law allows, Badrikedar is not liable for loss or damage arising from a tour run by an operator or from events outside our control.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
